Vegan for the animals
We’ve been vegan for over 30 years. We know that being vegan does not have to mean missing out on delicious meals. Our amazing breakfast menu will start your day right – whether you’d like a full vegan cooked, a plate of croissants or overnight oats.
Our local beach cafes have vegan ice creams and we have a list of recommendations for local cafes offering vegan food, many of which are also accessible and dog-friendly.
Picnics, afternoon teas, celebration cakes, restaurant nights, cooking classes, and handmade chocolates are available to order from our sibling business, All Good Things.
We support animal charities, making a donation to Devon County Hunt Sabs for each night you stay, and offering half-price stays for people who volunteer to help out at our local animal sanctuary Hakuna Matata.

We’re working to reduce our environmental impact and carbon footprint. Not only is vegan food less wasteful of natural resources, you’ll notice lots of little differences here that add up to make your holiday more sustainable.
Some examples include sourcing local, plastic-free, natural toiletry kits, a renewable electricity provider, installing an EV charger, no single-use pots of spreads at breakfast, recycling bins in every room ….
